**What You'll Do*** Manage requirements and validation activities across the engineering lifecycle.
* Prepare technical performance measures and customer deliverables.
* Provide technical support to the JP**** SEM and Technical Director.
* Monitor day-to-day engineering operations, including verification and validation.




* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Perform proactive analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation.
**What You'll Bring*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
* 2+ years of experience in **Systems Engineering** or **Requirements Management**.
* Understanding of the **Systems Engineering Lifecycle** and its implementation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
* Registration on the **National Engineering Register (NER)** (or active pathway).
**Bonus Skills*** Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation.
* Experience in V&V; Engineering and ILS Engineering.
* Ability to anticipate problems and develop innovative solutions.
* Work on **high-impact projects** in a collaborative, innovative workplace.
