As Venue Manager, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations including food and beverage service, team leadership, financial performance, compliance, customer experience, and community engagement.
This is a hands‐on leadership role requiring a visible presence on the floor, solid commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire and develop a team.

About the Candidate
Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Hospitality Manager within a high-volume pub, hotel, or hospitality venue
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams




Sound understanding of financial reporting, budgets, labour management, and KPI performance
Excellent knowledge of gaming, liquor licensing, compliance, and venue operations
Passion for customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences
