Job Description
HCF is seeking a Member Care Consultant to join our Parramatta contact centre in NSW. You will help manage the member experience for our health fund members, delivering personalised and exceptional service over the phone and promoting HCF products and services.

During training you will work in the office for three months before transitioning to a hybrid model with some in-office days. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, with a rotational roster including Saturdays.
