Lead a beautiful Bondi Junction store for a well-established women's fashion brand known for its strong culture, high standards and loyal customer base.
n We're looking for an experienced Store Manager who loves fashion, knows how to lead from the front and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

THE ROLE
n
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Bondi Junction boutique, leading a passionate team and driving robust commercial performance. You will be responsible for:

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
n
Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
n
Delivering an elevated and personalised customer experience
n
Building strong relationships with loyal customers
n
Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store standards
n
Managing rosters, stock, VM and daily operations
n
Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
n
Leading by example and setting the standard for customer service
n

ABOUT YOU
n




We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Store Manager who:
n
n
Has previous Store Manager experience within fashion or retail
n
Ideally comes from a women's apparel background
n
Is passionate about fashion and understands the importance of styling and customer experience
n
Has a proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
n
Is an inspiring people leader who knows how to coach and develop a teamHas high standards and takes pride in the presentation of their store
n
Is commercially savvy, organised and hands‐on
n
Wants to work for a business that genuinely values its people
