Job Description Sodexo is currently seeking suitably qualified, experienced and energetic Assistant Village Managers to join and support our site operations working on our flagship, global contract in Mining.

About the job Reporting to the Village Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations.
As the Assistant Village Manager, you will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
You will have the ability to build and support teams and be a safety leader with an understanding of HSE and HR legislation.
You will have the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement systems, policies and procedures.

About you You will be an innovative thinker with a robust head for business and running projects, experience in a similar role is not essential as we are looking for people who consider the big picture and bring their perspective to our operations.




Previous people management and project management experience across managing diverse teams and business units will lead to success in this role.
