07th September, **** I'm currently recruiting for multiple Industrial Painter, Blaster and Painter/Blaster opportunities across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley with leading industrial, manufacturing and maintenance companies.
What's on offer: - Up to $56/hr + penalties, depending on experience and project - Workshop-based roles across Tomago Newcastle - Overtime and Saturday work available - Ongoing and project-based opportunities - Work on large-scale mining, industrial and structural equipment The roles will involve duties such as abrasive blasting, surface preparation, industrial spray painting and protective coatings, working on large steel structures and mining equipment.
We're looking for candidates with previous industrial painting and/or blasting experience, a robust focus on safety and quality, and a reliable work ethic.
Tickets such as Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP and Gas Atmospheric Testing are highly regarded.
