We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time salaried basis.
About the Role As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food across busy services.
You'll be responsible for: Running your section efficiently during service Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard Completing daily mise en place and preparation Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Assisting with stock control and minimising food wastage Maintaining high standards of food safety,



cleanliness and kitchen hygiene Supporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture About You We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and takes pride in their food.
You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy commercial kitchen Strong food preparation and cooking skills The ability to confidently manage your own section A strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene The ability to remain calm, organised and focused during busy services A genuine passion for hospitality and developing your career Why Join The Pen?
