The Harvey Norman Nunawading Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Retail Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Retail Manager, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful in this role, you must: • Enjoy working in a very driven team environment • Have the ability to develop solutions and strategies to help customers pick the right product • Be capable of crafting and implementing strategies to improve product mix, stock levels, and service standards • Formulate and execute purchasing and marketing policies, set prices, and promote our establishment's goods and services • Provide exceptional customer service by selling goods and services and offering expert advice on product use • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions, as well as overseeing budgeting for the establishment • Hire, train,



and manage staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and professional in their interactions with customers • Monitor market trends and make recommendations for current products or services to improve sales and customer satisfaction • Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide ongoing training and support • Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations, and provide leadership and support to your team in order to achieve the best possible results We require someone who: • Is self-driven and motivated • Able to maintain excellent customer service no matter the situation • Has a base level of knowledge in the Flooring products industry (preferred) • Has a degree or 2+ years of sales/management experience • Has a strong work ethic • Is able to work in a competitive environment On Offer: • Ongoing support and training from a dedicated professional team • Attractive commission-based structures • Fantastic incentive-based promotions • A positive work environment where good performance and work ethic is recognized and rewarded • Fantastic opportunities for career progression and personal growth • A base salary of $80,000 to $85,000 + Super + commissions If this role excites your passion for a new opportunity, please submit your application for consideration.
