Join our growing team as Director, Global Occupier Portfolio Solutions based at ****** Pitt St, Sydney NSW ****.
Full-time, permanent position.

Who we're looking for?
Significant experience in the commercial property industry, particularly advising and managing corporate occupier portfolios and transactions across multiple locations.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property, Building, Architecture, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Current Agents Representative Certificate or Licensed Real Estate Agent registration (mandatory).
Proven experience managing key corporate client accounts, developing real estate strategies and delivering transaction management services across acquisitions, lease renewals, disposals, relocations and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret property data and provide commercially sound recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across service lines and build trusted client relationships in a fast-paced setting.
The role As a Director, Global Portfolio Solutions, you will proactively provide account and transaction management services for a portfolio of occupier clients across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
You will advise clients on improving the efficiency of their property portfolios, maximising value from their real estate expenditure, and implementing strategic property solutions aligned with their business objectives.
Working closely with client real estate teams and internal stakeholders,



you will lead the delivery of high-quality transaction management, portfolio strategy and account services while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver corporate occupier transactions including acquisitions, lease renewals, disposals, rent reviews and relocations across a diverse property portfolio.
Act as a primary point of contact for client accounts, providing strategic advice, portfolio recommendations and exceptional service delivery.
Develop and implement real estate strategies that improve portfolio efficiency and support clients' corporate objectives.
Oversee lease administration, information management and reporting activities to ensure contractual and governance requirements are met.
Analyse property data and utilise financial modelling and valuation methodologies to support client decision-making and identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation.
Collaborate with project management, facilities management and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
Prepare and present client reports, activity updates and strategic recommendations, ensuring all client deadlines and service standards are achieved.
Support business development initiatives,



cross-sell service offerings and contribute to the growth of client relationships across the region.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing innovative, commercially focused solutions to complex real estate challenges.
