What We're Looking For: • Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management with excellent references from previous employers • QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only) • Valid QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle • Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.) Professional presentation , reliability and an adaptable mindset are essential.
