Attorney-General's Department Job reference: ****** Location: **** - ADELAIDE Job status: Long Term Contract Eligibility: Open to Everyone Classification: AS03 Salary Range: $74,095- $78,694 + Superannuation Duration: 12 months Vacancy Type: Full Time Number of Positions Available: Multiple Closing Date: 11:30pm, Monday 14 September **** About the Opportunity The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is seeking to establish a pool of ASO3 Paralegals to fill vacancies as they arise within the Office.
The Paralegal Officer undertakes legal-related work under the direction of a solicitor such as legal research, preparing draft correspondence and court documents, performing administrative tasks (filing, copying, scanning etc), analysing and summarising documents, fact checking and assisting practitioners prepare prosecution matters and run trials.
About the Business The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is an office of approximately 200 staff, comprising both legal and administrative functions.
The ODPP was established through the Director of Public Prosecutions Act, **** to provide an effective, fair and independent criminal prosecution service for the people of South Australia.
