Two Roles, One Strong Team We're currently seeking multiple experienced Quarry Operators and an experienced Quarry Manager to join our growing operations across the Whitsundays, Collinsville and other regional Queensland locations.
Quarry Operator — Get Behind the Controls Operate quarry mobile plant, crushing and screening equipment Complete pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks Support daily production and material movement Monitor plant performance and report maintenance issues Work safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive team You'll bring: experience with mobile plant (loaders, excavators, dozers, water carts) and/or crushing screening equipment, relevant licences/tickets, and a safety-first, hands-on approach.
On offer: $38–$55/hr based on skills and experience, choice of 5/2 or Flexible 7/7 rosters, penalty rates and overtime on the 5/2 roster.
Quarry Manager — Lead from the Front Based at our North Gregory operations, within the Whitsundays region.




Lead quarry and plant operations across safety, production and compliance Lead, mentor and develop the operational team Manage production planning, budgets, resources and plant performance Drive a strong safety culture and maintain statutory compliance Build relationships with regulators, clients and internal stakeholders Coordinate maintenance and drive continuous improvement You'll bring: demonstrated leadership experience in a quarry/extractive environment, strong commercial and operational acumen, and confident decision-making and people-leadership skills.
On offer: competitive salary package circa $150K, fleet vehicle provided, accommodation available for DIDO 5/2 candidates, genuine autonomy and direct collaboration with executive leadership.
