As a Business Support Officer in the Office of the Minister for Child Protection , you'll provide prompt, accurate administrative support while helping maintain the systems and information the office relies on.
Based in the Adelaide CBD , this is an opportunity to bring your service focus to a professional and purposeful environment.
In this role, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Minister's Office Coordinate enquiries, prioritise requests and escalate urgent matters Manage correspondence, records and daily reporting for senior staff Process contracts, HR documentation and financial administration Strengthen office systems and processes through continuous improvement.
About you: You communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders You effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment You have experience providing administrative support across databases, records and correspondence You understand government processes, including parliamentary and cabinet protocols You work independently, exercise discretion and take initiative.

The department provides support to vulnerable children and young people to be safe, strong and connected.
