About the Role We're looking for a Senior Developer to lead the design, development and enhancement of high-quality, scalable software solutions across our digital ecosystem.
In this role, you'll drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
You'll play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across our platforms.
What You'll Be Doing Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure applications and integrations Drive full lifecycle delivery—from ideation through to deployment and continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex full-stack issues Champion code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices Optimise application performance and identify bottlenecks Ensure security best practices are embedded and vulnerabilities addressed Introduce and embed new technologies, frameworks, and engineering standards Mentor developers and foster a high-performing,



collaborative team environment Support production teams to resolve issues and improve user experience What You'll Bring 5–7+ years' experience in software development Strong expertise in C# .
NET, React.js, Vue.js, and SQL Experience designing scalable architectures and applying design patterns Proven ability to optimise performance and resolve complex technical issues Solid understanding of web security best practices Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines Exposure to Azure (PaaS preferred) Robust data modelling and SQL optimisation skills Demonstrated experience leading development from concept to production Exceptional communication skills across technical and business stakeholders Passion for mentoring and developing others Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field Microsoft Azure certifications (highly regarded) Unlock your next career opportunity – apply today!
