You will also play an active role in encouraging and assisting residents to participate in activities that enhance their wellbeing, independence and quality of life.About You You are a compassionate and skilled Lifestyle Assistant who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.
You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians.You will bring: Experience supporting lifestyle, leisure, wellbeing or recreational programs, preferably within aged care, community services, disability support or a similar environment.Solid communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residentsCertificate III in Aged Care or a relevant qualification (desirable)First Aid and CPR certification (desirable)Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police CheckBasic computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Outlook,
