AGA is seeking expressions of interest for a Trainee Education Support opportunity.

About the role As a Trainee Education Support, you will assist teachers and education professionals to support student learning, wellbeing and participation while completing a nationally accredited qualification.
You will be part of a supportive team and receive guidance while developing the confidence and skills needed to work in education support.
This is a practical opportunity to get paid while you learn, combining hands-on experience in a school setting with flexible online learning delivered during school holiday periods.
What you may be doing Supporting students with classroom activities, learning tasks and routines.
Assisting teachers to prepare resources and maintain positive learning spaces.
Encouraging student participation, confidence and inclusion.
Providing support to students with a range of learning needs under supervision.
Helping with general administrative and operational classroom tasks.
Learning about student safety, wellbeing, respectful behaviour and professional boundaries.
