About The Opportunity As Team Leader Financial Services ,
you will lead the Financial Services team within Super SA's Finance Directorate, bringing together people leadership, financial expertise and continuous improvement.
You will: Lead and develop a collaborative team that delivers accurate, timely and efficient financial services.
Strengthen financial controls and ensure month-end reconciliations are delivered to agreed timeframes.
Oversee general ledger activities, financial reporting and reconciliations across key financial and administration systems.
Turn complex financial data into clear insights, reports and practical recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Lead improvements to financial procedures, systems and processes to enable better ways of working.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver shared financial outcomes.
About You You are an inclusive and confident leader who enjoys making sense of complexity, supporting people to grow and delivering work others can rely on.
You will bring: Strong accounting knowledge, supported by a relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.
The ability to analyse complex financial information and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
Experience leading finance professionals and creating a collaborative, high-performing team.
Sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach to financial challenges and improvement opportunities.
The ability to balance competing priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality outcomes on time.
Clear communication skills and a talent for building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
