Our Client is one of the largest builders in Melbourne.
They have been in operation for over 20 years and turnover almost $1B annually delivering projects across all major market sectors.
They are currently enjoying an extended period of buoyancy having recently commenced several major projects with several more on the horizon.
One of their larger projects, a $300M mixed-use project in Richmond requires an experienced Foreman/Supervisor.
The role will focus on the shellworks/facade package before moving onto the finishes/fitout component of the project.
We are looking for an experienced Foreman/Supervisor here,



someone who has previous $20M+ project experience and a track record of successfully delivered projects in the commercial sector Tertiary or trade qualifications will be required as will a degree of IT proficiency.
In return the successful candidate will receive a permanent position with a reliable builder that can guarantee employment for the next 3 - 5 years.
Salary package on offer will range from $160,000 - $230,000 depending on previous experience.
