About the Position This is an chance for an experienced General Manager to take overall responsibility for a high-volume, multi-faceted venue and make a genuine impact.
With a salary of $*******K + super and a company car, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation while driving people, financial performance, compliance and customer experience.
The role suits a commercially minded and hands-on leader who understands the demands of food, beverage, gaming, accommodation and late-night trading.

Position Description Take overall responsibility for daily venue operations across food, beverage, gaming, accommodation and entertainment Lead, coach and develop a diverse hospitality team while setting clear expectations and accountability Manage budgets, labour, revenue, costs and overall venue profitability Oversee gaming, TAB,



liquor licensing and compliance requirements Manage rosters, staffing levels, KPIs and operational performance Drive service standards, customer experience and community engagement Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategy and business opportunities Maintain a visible, hands-on presence across the venue, including late-night operations Position Requirements Previous General Manager, Venue Manager, Operations Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience Background managing a high-volume food, beverage, gaming and accommodation venue Strong late-night trading experience Proven financial, commercial and people-management capability Experience managing gaming, TAB, liquor licensing and regulatory compliance RSA, Advanced RCG, TAB compliance, Advanced Licensing certificates essential Flexibility to work across weekends and evenings as required Commercially minded, hands-on, and confident working with ownership and senior management Salary Benefits $*******K + super, depending on experience Company car Established regional venue with strong local trade Experienced ownership and leadership support Genuine autonomy across venue operations Lower cost of living compared with metropolitan areas Shorter daily commutes and reduced fuel costs Opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-established venue Lead a high-volume regional hospitality venue across food, beverage, gaming and accommodation.
