select and design data driven content and instruction demonstrating differentiated learning for all students • A solid understanding of how to teach Literacy and Numeracy integrating EYLF and NQS • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills and hold high expectations about children's ability to learn • An understanding of Explicit teaching and the use of High Impact Teaching Strategies • A willingness to be fully involved in the life of the school and take on extra roles as required • A positive, enthusiastic and dynamic demeanour • High level of skills in digital technologies and a commitment to use them as an integral part of the learning setting • Willingness to be a reflective member of a professional learning community Qualifications Required: Relevant 4 Year tertiary teaching qualification Accreditation to Teach Religious Education
