Store is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining efficient operations, and supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily business operations and staff.
Prepare staff rosters and provide training and supervision.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Manage stock, ordering and inventory.
Monitor sales, cash handling and business performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace requirements.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Skills Experience: Previous experience of 1-2 years in Retail Manager or similar management role.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Experience in staff management, customer service and stock control.
