Assistant Venue Managers Annual KPI-based bonus opportunity of up to $5,000 Hands-on leadership experience and ongoing development Clear pathways towards Venue Manager opportunities Duty Managers Permanent management opportunities across established venues Ongoing training and leadership development Opportunities to progress within one of Australia's largest hospitality groups What we're looking for Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs A hands-on leadership style and passion for great customer experiences Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other qualifications required for the role and location Not sure which role or venue would be the best fit?
