About the role: Rockmount is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing business in Newcastle for a Boilermaker to join them for a 3-month contract, starting first or second week of September.
This is a Labour Hire placement through Rockmount — solid, well-paid work with a clear start and end date, no mucking about.
What you'll be doing: • Fabrication and installation work on site • Set-out for fabrication jobs • Oxy cutting • Drilling with a mag drill • Welding, including work requiring magnetic particle testing Requirements What you'll need: • Boilermaker/Welding trade qualification (or equivalent years of proven experience) • White Card • Boom Lift ticket • Valid Driver's Licence Perks Why take it: • Strong hourly rate • 3-month contract with a clear start date • Immediate-ish start — first/second week of September • Ongoing work through Rockmount What's on offer: • $50/hour (PAYG) or $63/hour for subcontractors (ABN) • 3-month contract • Start first or second week of September • Ongoing work through Rockmount
