Our client is a premium menswear and womenswear showroom seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their Karrinyup retail operation.
This is a permanent, full-time chance offering up to $85,000 + super + commissions , depending on experience.
This role is ideal for a confident retail leader who loves sales, people development and building genuine customer relationships .
You'll lead a team of approximately six across permanent and casual team members, with a strong focus on sales performance, KPIs, coaching and delivering a highly personalised customer experience.
The environment is consultative rather than transactional, with customers often requiring time, trust and a considered approach before making a purchase.

consultative sales journey and longer conversion cycle Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and strong follow-up Maintain high showroom standards and ensure the team consistently delivers an elevated customer experience Who We're Looking For Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of achieving sales and KPI targets Premium or luxury retail experience is preferred, but not essential Strong backgrounds could include bridal, jewellery, luxury menswear or womenswear, premium fashion or other consultative sales environments A confident sales leader who genuinely enjoys coaching, developing and motivating a team Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of sales performance and KPIs A natural relationship builder who understands the importance of trust, service and personalised customer engagement Comfortable managing a longer sales cycle rather than a high-volume transactional environment Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills Made-to-measure experience is advantageous, but not essential What's on Offer Up to $85,000 + super + commissions , depending on experience Permanent, full-time opportunity Tuesday–Saturday roster Lead a team of approximately six Join an established premium retail environment Strong focus on team leadership, development, sales performance and customer experience An opportunity to build your career within a premium and highly consultative retail environment Ready for your next step?
