As Director – Service Performance , you will join the leadership team of Aspen Medical's Defence postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
Significant senior leadership experience across enterprise performance, organisational performance, operational analytics, governance, assurance or service improvement within a large and complex organisation.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise performance frameworks, executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards and performance governance systems.
Exceptional analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex operational and performance information and translate it into transparent insights, recommendations and executive-level decision support.
Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills,



with experience working across multiple functions and senior stakeholders to drive accountability and sustainable performance improvement.
Experience within healthcare, Defence, government contracting or another highly regulated, multi-site or mission-critical service workplace will be highly regarded, along with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.
