We are looking for an energetic and commercially focused Area Sales Manager to join our team and manage a part of Sydney along with set Regional area's.
This is a hands-on field sales role where you will be responsible for growing sales, developing strong retailer relationships and ensuring excellent in-store execution across your territory.
About the Role Reporting to the Sales Associate Country Manager, you will manage a portfolio of major retailers and independent stores, identifying opportunities to increase sales, open current doors and strengthen our retail presence.
You will spend the majority of your time on the road visiting stores , working directly with Store Managers and franchisees and ensuring agreed sales, merchandising and planogram standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales across your designated VIC East Tasmania territory Build strong relationships with major retailers, independents, Store Managers and franchisees Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and budgets Identify and develop new retail opportunities Influence store orders and replenishment levels Drive merchandising, planogram and in-store marketing compliance Complete regular store visits in line with agreed call cycles Provide product training and sales support to retail teams Monitor and improve in-store standards and sales performance Manage and coordinate part-time merchandising support Attend demonstrations,



trade shows and quarterly sales meetings Maintain accurate CRM records and complete daily reporting Coordinate regional store engagement and support Represent the brand professionally across the retail network About You We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven and commercially minded , with a genuine passion for sales and customer relationships.
You will ideally have: Previous experience in FMCG, retail, field sales or territory management A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs Strong relationship management and influencing skills Experience working with major retailers and/or independent stores An understanding of merchandising, planograms and retail execution Strong organisational and time-management skills Confidence using CRM systems and sales reporting tools Excellent communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach The ability to work autonomously and manage a large geographic territory A current driver's licence and the flexibility to travel regularly, including regional Tasmania What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Competitive | Energetic | Proactive | Commercial | Customer-focused | Self-motivated If you're someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships and seeing the direct results of your sales efforts, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile territory.
