Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial, domestic and strata clients Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and referral partners Provide professional insurance advice and deliver exceptional client outcomes Support complex commercial placements and client strategies Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities Develop and grow your own referral network Leverage existing referral opportunities while creating new ones Contribute to the overall growth and success of the brokerage What do you need?




Tier 1 or Diploma in Insurance Broking – essential Minimum 3 years' experience in General Insurance Broking Strong commercial insurance broking experience Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team Experience with CBS, Sunrise and insurer platforms highly regarded Commercial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a portfolio If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
