Attorney-General's Department Job reference: ****** Location: **** - ADELAIDE Job status: Long Term Contract Eligibility: Open to Everyone Classification: ASO2 Salary Range: $66,442- $69,504 + Superannuation Duration: Up to 2 years Vacancy Type: Full Time Number of Positions Available: 1 Closing Date: 11:30pm, Monday 14 September **** About the Opportunity The Administration Officer works as part of a centralised administration support team to provide quality and timely administration support across the Office.
The role provides valuable support that ensures the efficient operation of administrative procedures and operational processes.
The responsibilities of the role include: File creation and accurate data entry for all new files (electronic physical) Managing the shared mailbox and data spreadsheet relating to prosecution files and external breach bonds (from DCS and SAPOL) Ensuring initial documentation is provided correctly and filed appropriately Processing additional materials for brief (electronic and physical) Internal and external rounds deliveries as required Processing incoming/outgoing correspondence Undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
About the Business The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is an office of approximately 200 staff, comprising both legal and administrative functions.
The ODPP was established through the Director of Public Prosecutions Act, **** to provide an effective, fair and independent criminal prosecution service for the people of South Australia.
