Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service.
You achieve this by providing an exceptional in‐store customer journey, and by working collaboratively you empower customers to identify the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Responsibilities
Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable experience.
Stay up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment and support the achievement of store goals.
