We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join the Busy Bees team at New Lambton.
What you'll do
Lead the planning and implementation of a high‐quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
Inspire and mentor educators within your room.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Build solid collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‐based experiences.
What you'll bring
A genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for NSW.
Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning environment.




Robust knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
A collaborative and supportive leadership style.
