You will translate enterprise strategy into cohesive experience frameworks and provide senior craft and design leadership across UX and UI outcomes.
You will own usability, accessibility, coherence and quality of design execution, resolve complex design problems, govern the design system, and partner with CX, Digital Product and Technology teams on roadmaps and backlog
