Blue Sky Community Services seeks an experienced Executive Director: People & Culture to lead the organisation's workforce, culture, and safety functions.
Based across our offices, you will travel for meetings as needed and report to the CEO on strategic workforce priorities.
You will set strategy for employee experience, policy, and risk, oversee learning, wellbeing and WHS, and build leadership capability across the organisation.
This is a Level 8 SCHADS role with 38 hours per week.
