Your Team
The Wrap Product Management team is part of CFS's Superannuation & Investments business unit which is accountable for product oversight, regulatory requirements, disclosure and general product management of the Edge platform.
The role reports to the Executive Director, Wrap Product and will lead a team of 5-10 staff.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of product professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee the daily management of our product offering, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Oversight of all disclosure related material including but not limited to PDS's, Offer Documents, investment disclosure and forms, along with annual member and tax statements
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies
Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and key metrics
Manage operational processes supporting investment onboarding for the Edge investment menu
Manage all related fund manager rebates for the platform
Participate in projects,
working groups and steering committees for Regulatory Reform and Strategic Projects
Manage any product obligations, controls and risk matters owned by the product team
Work with a range of 3 rd parties to oversee any agreed services and reporting
Your Capability and Experience
Experience working in the wrap platform space in a senior product role
Extensive experience in product management, disclosure, investment operations, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment governing wrap platforms
Understanding of risk management practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in writing and presenting Board papers
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field
