Requirements
Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
Good commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs
Hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
