Monadelphous Group seeks a qualified Trainer & Assessor to coordinate and deliver targeted training programs and VOC assessments.
Training is conducted from the Bibra Lake facility and at operational sites with Perth travel as required.
The role develops employees' skills, ensures safety compliance, and maintains RTO accreditation.
Essential: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and HRWL, plus 5+ years in resources or a similar industry.
Solid communication and initiative are essential.
