We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team servicing the communities of either Cue or Yalgoo.
Optional rotational rosters between both sites can also be considered.
In this rewarding role, you will work within a Primary Health Care framework, partnering with local communities, healthcare providers, and other organisations to deliver high-quality, culturally secure care.
You will provide planned, coordinated, and comprehensive primary health and emergency care, ensuring the health and wellbeing needs of community members are met with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

Suitability Criteria
Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current WA Driver's Licence, with willingness to travel within the region, including overnight stays as required.
Demonstrated nursing experience across assessment, emergency management, primary health care and contemporary accident and emergency practice, with the ability to deliver safe and effective patient care in a variety of settings
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a cross-cultural environment.
Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, colleagues and stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, supported by knowledge of relevant legislation and professional standards.
Must be available to commence work within 4-6 weeks of successful appointment unless otherwise stated.
