The Opportunity:
An exciting chance exists for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our local team, grow sales results, and build strong, long-term sponsor partnerships.
Rise 96.5's radio, digital and online platforms give sponsors a meaningful and effective way to connect with our loyal listener community.

You'll be stepping into an energetic, motivated, and friendly team that you'll love being part of!
The role involves:
Leading, training and accountability for a local team of Account Managers
Achieving own sponsorship sales portfolio and growing team sales results
Overseeing sponsor agreements and promotional campaign material
Managing sponsor lists and ensuring excellent sponsor relationships
Planning and attending events both during and outside normal business hours
Participation in the station management team and working cooperatively with other departments to achieve mission outcomes

Is this you?
You have demonstrated leadership and team management experience
You have 3-5 years sales experience essential (with media sales experience desirable)
You're emotionally intelligent with outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
You have highly developed written and verbal communication skills and value building long-term relationships
You have a demonstrated ability to generate new business from cold calling
You thrive working in an environment that is target driven
You are able to effectively analyse sales data and write concise and effective reports
