About the Role
As our Neurological Liaison Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients living with a range of neurological conditions including MS, Parkinson's, Huntington's, MND, ABI and Stroke.
This is a permanent Full-time position for both Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses at various stages of their careers.
This is a permanent full time role will be based in our Wilson Services Centre.
For Enrolled Nurses, we are looking for individuals with a solid foundation of experience (around 3-4 years), with exposure to the disability and/or neurological sector.
For Registered Nurses, we are open to graduate RN's as well as those with more developed clinical experience.
Any experience in disability and/or neurological sector will be highly valued.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Complete holistic nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans
Provide direct clinical services (including continence, wound care, palliative support and catheter care-don't worry, we'll provide training in all!)
Work closely with MSWA's Allied Health teams to coordinate care
Facilitate timely referrals to internal and external health services
Travel throughout the community to support clients (pool vehicles available)
Essential ('must haves'):
AHPRA registration as an Enrolled nurse or Registered Nurse




Current First Aid and CPR certification
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Works Orientation Module Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Current C Class driver's licence
Working with Children Check
Desirable ('nice to haves'):
Previous experience working in NDIS sector
