Your Role
As
the Risk and Compliance Manager
, you'll ensure that all entities within the Gauvin Group operate in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets.
The role leads the design, implementation, and monitoring of the Group's risk and compliance frameworks, working in partnership with legal, finance, HR, supply chain, and commercial functions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Risk & Compliance Frameworks & Governance
Develop and implement a Group-wide risk and compliance framework aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Maintain and update the Group's risk and compliance registers, policies, and procedures, including periodic reviews and improvements.
Support the Board and Executive with risk and compliance reporting and emerging risk insight via the Risk and Audit Committee.
Product, Regulatory & Market Compliance – Gauvin Group and Haircare Group




Develop a Quality Assurance Framework for Product Compliance matters.
Manage product compliance and market registration processes in accordance with applicable authorities and standards (e.g. AICIS, GS1, EESS, ACMA, Ozone reporting).
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across sites and suppliers, ensuring adherence to GMP and company standards.
Lead or support compliance-related investigations, incident responses, and corrective actions.
Build compliance awareness across the Group through training, communication, and support tools.
Embed compliance into business-as-usual processes by working closely with functional leaders across operations, product, and commercial teams.
