Your Role
As a Bathroom & Tiles Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with homeowners, renovators, builders, designers, and tradespeople to help bring their projects to life.
You will:
Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through to sale
Build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
Provide expert advice on bathroom, tile, tapware, vanity, and renovation solutions




Create inspiring customer experiences and showroom presentations
Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
Drive sales performance and exceed individual targets
Contribute positively to a high-performing and successful team
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
A genuine passion for sales and customer service
Previous retail, showroom, or sales experience
Bathroom, tiles, renovation, building, interior design, or related industry experience highly regarded
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset
The ability to confidently close sales and exceed targets
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Availability to work across retail trading hours, including late nights and weekends
