We're looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our growing team.
In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with participants to help them live independently, connect with their community, and reach their personal goals.
No two days are the same as a support worker, you have the ability to bring happiness in individuals' lives even in the small things you do.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide person-centred support in participants' homes and communities.
Building trusting, respectful relationships with participants and their families
Supporting daily routines, personal care, and household tasks
Encouraging social engagement, hobbies, and community participation
Accompanying participants to appointments, activities, and social outings
Follow support plans and maintain accurate documentation
