Our Exceeding-rated, award-winning early learning service in the Sutherland Shire is seeking a passionate Diploma or Cert III Educator to join our preschool team.

Supportive, close-knit team Work alongside a friendly team of four dedicated educators in our preschool room.
Above award wages, up to $40 per hour We recognise and reward the expertise you bring.
Small group, high-quality care Just 15 children in the preschool room, with above-ratio staffing. We're looking for a fourth educator to further strengthen our program.
Paid programming time Receive 3 hours per week for documentation, programming and critical reflection.
Play-based approach with a focus on risky play We encourage hands‐on learning that builds confidence, resilience and independence.

What We're Looking For
Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educator with at least 1 year of experience
Strong documentation and programming skills Confident with critical reflection and contributing to high-quality programs.
A collaborative team player Values building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
A proactive, creative educator Passionate about play-based learning and bringing new ideas to the team.
