The Position
Westjustice is seeking an experienced and values-driven People and Culture Lead to play a critical role in fostering a high-performance, inclusive and purpose-led workplace.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary, you will partner closely with the Leadership Team to deliver strategic workforce initiatives, organisational development programs and contemporary people practices that enable people to thrive.
Leading the organisation's people and culture function, you will provide specialist advice across leadership development; workforce and succession planning; culture initiatives; attraction and talent management; health, safety and wellbeing; HR systems and process improvement and employee relations.




You will drive Westjustice's WISED UP strategy and implementation plan, focusing on Wellbeing, Inclusion, Safety, Equity and Diversity to support both growth in performance and potential.
This is an outstanding chance for a collaborative and influential People & Culture professional who is passionate about social justice and creating meaningful impact through people leadership.
