MSO (HR Drivers)
Roster:
Monday – Friday | 4.45am starts
We are seeking dependable, safety‐focused HR Drivers to support waste collection during the week, with opportunities across Townsville and Ayr, QLD. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy hands‐on work, value safety and reliability, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The position combines driving, customer interaction, and physical tasks across waste and environmental collection operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate company collection vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
Complete daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks
Transport and deliver loads to designated recycling and disposal facilities
Assist with protected loading and unloading of trucks
Provide professional customer and client interaction on-site
Perform bin collection, including rear‐lift operations




Move and handle large bins (requires a reasonable level of physical fitness)
Support Bin Runner duties when required
Travel to Ayr as needed (company vehicle and fuel provided)
Skills & Experience
HR licence required
Experience with side arm and hook truck operations highly regarded
