This part-time role is responsible for providing gardening and outdoor maintenance services that comply with the strict safety, risk‐management and quality requirements of the new Support at Home program. You will play a key role in ensuring that older people living in their own homes have safe, accessible, and well‐maintained outdoor environments that support their independence, wellbeing, and ability to remain at home for longer.

Responsibilities
Regularly mowing, edging and weeding gardens and lawns
Performing general maintenance tasks such as cleaning pathways and removing litter
Ensuring all gardening equipment is maintained in good working order
Providing physical and social support within the Aged Care Community sector
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a similar garden maintenance or landscaping role




Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good physical fitness and stamina to carry out manual tasks
Attention to detail and a pride in the presentation of outdoor spaces
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
Working conditions
Monday to Friday
Part-time compliment of all leave entitlements
Company Vehicle and all equipment and materials supplied
Autonomous working environment
Roster designated in advance
Inclement weather options available
No invoicing required
