The Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Store is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Cashier to join our Front of House team and help us deliver Great Service, Always! As a Front of House Cashier at our flagship store, you'll be one of the first and last people our customers interact with. You'll create a welcoming environment, process transactions accurately and help ensure every customer receives professional and efficient service. This is more than a traditional cashier position. Working at our Auburn flagship store means supporting customers, resolving enquiries and coordinating with departments across a large and fast-paced retail environment.
Your responsibilities
Welcome customers to the Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Store
Deliver friendly, professional and productive Front of House service
Process cash, card and other transactions accurately
Operate the point-of-sale system and provide relevant documentation
Respond to customer enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department
Handle customer concerns calmly and work towards practical solutions
Coordinate with sales,



administration and management teams throughout the flagship store.
Maintain an organised and professional Front of House area
Follow cash-handling, security and store procedures
Create a positive final impression for every flagship-store customer
