MacKillop Family Services is recruiting a Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in Out of Home Care across our Eastern Metro VIC program. You will contribute to a therapeutic workplace and implement interventions as part of a coordinated team.
This role focuses on safety, empowerment and trauma-informed care within a residential setting, reporting to the Residential House Supervisor and fulfilling duties to maintain a stable home for young people with high needs.
