About the role
We have an prospect for a Case Officer - Staying Home Leaving Violence Program to be part of our Orana Mid-Western Police District team. The Case Officer - Staying Home Leaving Violence Program works across a range of human service agencies and other justice agencies, to coordinate, manage and implement complex case management that supports a process of enabling victims to remain separated from a violent partner.
This role is part-time, working 14 hours per week. Salary will be paid at the pro-rata rate.
A Working With Children Check (WWCC) is a prerequisite for this role.
The applicant is responsible for applying for their own WWCC (an employer cannot apply on behalf of a worker) and if the outcome is a clearance, the Check is valid for five (5) years and may be used for any child-related work in NSW.

Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
