Engaging and qualifying warm inbound leads across multiple channels
Actively nurturing opportunities within an existing prospect database
Building rapport with medical professionals and understanding their needs
Handing over qualified leads to sales consultants with explicit, detailed notes
Curating feedback and behavioural trends and reporting back to marketing
Maintaining accurate CRM records across Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
Special services or medical industry experience is a bonus — not a requirement




Experience in a client-facing or phone-based role — call centre, client success, healthcare admin, recruitment or inside sales
Know how to keep someone engaged, ask the right questions and actually listen
Be commercially minded and self-directed
Strong CRM discipline and genuinely organised
Motivated by the quality of the conversation as opposed to hunting sales
High-value audience — doctors, dentists and vets; no cold calling
Structured onboarding before you're on the phones — learning modules, internal meetings and event attendance
Three months in-office, then hybrid
Business that moves quickly and has a genuine appetite for people who bring ideas
Real scope for the role to grow as the business grows
