Job Description
Harwell Home Care is a family-owned, DVA and Support@Home approved home care provider dedicated to supporting veterans to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. With a solid reputation for compassionate, high-quality care, we are excited to announce our upcoming expansion into Sydney.
As we prepare to launch services in Penrith and surrounding areas, we're looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join our founding Sydney team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and coordinating support services for clients in their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols
Conducting client assessments, developing care plans, and reviewing them as needed
Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
Managing wound care, catheter care, chronic disease monitoring, and post-hospital support
Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers as required
Liaising with families, allied health professionals,
and medical practitioners to ensure continuity of care
Documenting all care provided and observations in compliance with standards
Responding to changes in client condition with sound clinical judgement and timely escalation
Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for each client

About the Candidate
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
Experience in home care, aged care, community health, or hospital nursing
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
A commitment to holistic, person-centred care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally to provide in-home care
Flexible shifts - short or long hours to suit your lifestyle
Minimum 2-hour shifts
Competitive hourly rate plus casual loading
